Yes this is the small...the oragnizer was a gift to me and unbranded...it was part of a set of 2, originally intended for the 2 compartments of a pochette metis, my friend had is custim made i think... i found out one would fit inside the small 19 flap. [emoji4]
I was inspired to check out this bag after reading through this thread. I was at the boutique earlier today and WOW that’s some buttery soft leather 
A few observations... of course only my opinion...
The medium looks like more of a messenger. I’m 5’ though so maybe on a taller frame it would look more hand baggy (is that a word? Hmm now it is.)
The chains add weight to it- at least in the medium. Also the leather is so soft that I’d be afraid of the bottom sagging (not sure if that’s been addressed here...)
All in all it’s a beautiful bag though and if my local boutique had the black in stock I potentially would have considered it.
I’m purchasing my FIRST Chanel in a week and planning to get the jumbo flap.

So I wore the small black for the first time out since I got it a few weeks back...
My thoughts on some issues so far:
1. I get more casual feels from using it...much the same as I do from the Boy (I have a new medium size in so black). I get more formal feels from the Classic medium even with the silver hardware.
2. With an organizer inside and the bag not full, it retains its boxier shape and I dont see the sag ...but with less stuff weighing the bag down, carried on the shoulder the strap seems to have a tendency to slide or fall off me.
3. The snap on the outer pocket has a nice snappy snap ...but...it does snap too quickly into place without much effort so if youre planning to use it as a slip pocket for a phone or something, you need to keep unsnapping it after you take your phone out so that you can slide it back in ♀️

Have the same thoughts...I would be keen to sell one Chanel bag (medium flap as I rarely use it) but feel I'd be left with no formal bag. The 19, as much as I'm crazy about it, is kind of loud. Love it but unsure it will be a right companion for more formal events. Not really.
I , too, love this bag. For everyday use. However, I decided against purchasing the bag. I felt the chains were way too busy in different colors and I felt I would tire of this look
That's my worry. Overall love the material it's made of (finally i don't need to obsess about corners or when on a plane and have to put it away if in the first row etc). Roomy but light (don't feel the chain's weight). But that clasp...or that clasp and chains and the little gold chain on top together...Beautiful but also can see myself being overwhelmed at some point. The decision was quick though, I knew the bag is already hard to get and I missed so black boy and mini and never found at retail price so just thought "I'll regret but let's do it lol"
Thanks for this info! I’m wait-listed and excited to get the small black. This is definitely not a formal bag - I use my small black classic flap for those occasions. I see this as more of a fun bag. I definitely plan to buy the Samorga organizer as soon as they release the one for this bag.

Ill be on the lookout for that one too... right now what im using is not intenteded for the 19 flap and its a little snug... while i see the advantage that it wont settle on the bottom and weigh the bag down, im worried it might stretch out the soft leather.
