Only you can decide if it's really "worth the money". What would you do with the money instead, if you don't mind me asking?I have a dilemma. I am in no position to shop from Chanel often and as a female engineer, I rarely have an occasional to rock a Chanel bag. All my coworkers and colleagues are men who may be the ones to judge women with expensive luxury goods. I’m also pretty young, straight out of college working my first job. I have a few classic flaps and I really think it’s better for me to spend my money elsewhere. However I also really want a Chanel 19. Is the bag really worth the money? Should I just get over the judgement or wait a few more years till I’m older?
For me, the 19 is by far my most used Chanel, and I wear it pretty much everywhere. I love it! It's less formal than a cf and super easy to use.
As for judge-y coworkers, people will think what they want. Unfortunately you can't really change them. I wouldn't waste too much of your time or energy worrying about what they think...You should decide what is best for you and trust your gut instinct. HTH!
