I would like to purchase a White Chanel 19. Last week, I stumbled across an off-white one in Lambskin that had not sold since December because of lockdown, and loved it. It gave me such a nice feeling when seeing it. A couple of days later I came back to purchase it, it was gone! Did anyone buy the off-white Chanel 19 that were in boutiques in December 2020, and could kindly provide a picture and the style code please? My hunt has begun....

Wonder if anyone purchased the 21a grey/ecru tweed small 19. I am curious of the texture of it as it seems more like felt than the tweed 19 of the previous seasons. Thanks.
I did. It doesn’t feel more felt than tweed to me. It feels like a tighter weaved tweed. There are fine black/dark short fibers (sorry can’t think of a better way to describe it) weaved thru the tweed. Someone posted a close up of the bag and you can see the fibers. I had the 19 in navy tweed and ending up selling it because it was getting fluffy without any use and worried the tweed could catch. This doesn’t seem like it will get as fluffy but I’ve not used it yet. Maybe someone who has seen both the grey/ecru tweed and the solid grey “felt” from 21a could tell you if it’s the same material.
Thank you so much. I love the color combo and reserved it, just was not sure about the texture as it appears to be quite different from other Chanel tweed bag or jackets I have. Appreciate very much your detailed description. Seems like I can pull the trigger.
Sure! Are you able to see it in person before purchasing? If so, I think that’s your safest bet. It’s hard to tell with photos sometimes. I’ve attached a photo of my navy 19 that I let go. I’ve attached a close up of the grey/ecru 19. It feels and appears different to me.

Totally agree, but not an option for me to check out in person. It looks so much nicer in color and texture than the picture my SA sent to me which seems to be much lighter and loosely weaved texture. Love tweed especially 19 in tweed. Thank you very much for the pictures.
For those who have multiple 19 bags, I'd like to hear your opinion. I have a black large (aka medium) and really want the 21A grey. Originally was thinking of the medium (aka small) but SA told me only the large is available.
Would you go for it? I do like the large size but figure if I were to add the same bag might want a different size?
Also do you feel it is excessive to have multiple of the same bag just different colour considering the pricing?

I’m now searching for a Chanel 19 Maxi in either black or beige. Anyone have a great SA at a Neiman’s or standalone Dallas store that can help me out?

hey there! I have 2 different colors in the exact same size and I didn’t find it repetitive for my collection. I loved the black so much that I wanted a lighter color for spring/summer. For me the 19 fits my lifestyle the best — I am pretty casual, LOVE the crossbody option, fits SO much, and that back pocket!! I wear them out on errands, casual dinners/outings with friends, shopping, and it’s the perfect bag to take on travel. I feel like if you really love a style and it works for you then having it in multiple colors is no big deal - people do it with the classic flaps all the time! That grey you referenced is gorgeous!!
