10 motif vs 20 motif

@J_love_Chanel, congratulations! the ten looks beautiful on you! I’m curious though what your thought process was when you changed your mind form the 20 to the ten. I thought, reading all the posts below, that you were leaning 20. .
The reason for my curiosity is, I also thought the ten made my face look rounder or wider and the twenty was a leaner look. (however, I ultimately decided that vintage size was too small for me ans I ended up with the six motif magic as my first necklace) Did you try on the six motif? It doesn’t get as much love on TPF, but I think its flattering and in GMOP can be easily styled for everyday (or at least what passes for everyday in my imagination

We think alike! Both the 10 & 20 motifs were not flattering on me.
I ended up with the 6 motif (tiger eye & carnelian).
I like the varied sizes & colors of the motifs & the lariat style is elongating & slimming on me.

The blue agate looks stunning on you! I would die for one in a WG 20!
I think the new batch will be more neon blue. It is truly a glowy electric blue.

So in search of this pop blue agate - I visited a boutique during my 3 day stay at Vegas for my daughter’s tournament !

The blue agate is stunning. It's the same as the blue agate I saw in NYC. Just a neon blue... it pops!

Yes, gotta say that alternating GMOP and pave is stunning, super elegant, so flattering, and yet makes a statement. RG and GMOP is tricky because it works on so many complexions. But I feel like it doesn't POP on so many complexions. Somehow it is perfect for your skin tone. Just sayin.

I agree- it looks amazing on you @amacasa. I’d get that over the BA.

I think they both are stunning. The gmop & Pave is my favorite 5 motif. The gmop saturation is everything. I love the blue agate on your skin. This variation pops.

Awww thanks guys ! He had a 10 motif in the Vegas warehouse hence I had him order It so I can see ! I don’t wear 5 motif but hoping to attach for a 15 motif !
He gets the 10 motif in an hour and sent me a photo and clearly it’s not going to
Work as the 10 motif is that darker BA !
So thinking of getting the 5 motif but what if I never see one that matches this BA?
Maybe start wearing a 5 motif ?

And yes the pave / GMOP was pretty too- I do have 6 motif magic and 3 drop earring in gray MOP / MOP / onyx so this will work- on my wishlist too ! But hoping to get BA while the stone color offerings are like these - I turned down a 2020 BA 10 motif as the darker shade didn’t work well with my coloring.

Would you consider a 20? This was a few months ago, but I saw a gorgeous 20 in NYC. Maybe they are saving the neon blue stones for the 20s! 20 matching neon blue stones was breathtaking.

I’m not a fan of that dark blue. Looks like wanna-be lapis, but it’s not lapis and agate lacks the depth of lapis. Blue agate to me should glow.

The bracelet is gorgeous.

Wait until you see a 20 vs. a 10. There is no comparison to me. Hope my theory is true and it’s a neon blue one! Good luck!
