Well, it's a beach town.

1. COACH all day everyday. There is just no shortage of the basic coach purse. I'm so tired of this bag. I'm stuck in Coach Hell.

2. Michael Kors jacquard monogram. Jet set tote. Too much of this. It's like people want to broadcast that they have a designer bag! It's annoying.

3. Fake Gucci bags

4. Fake and real Louis Vuitton neverfulls and speedys

5. Dooney and Burke, D&B...Coach's evil twin sister.

6. Tory Burch, something happened this summer..The Tory Burch summer.

7. Kate Spade

8. Nine West

9. Michael Kors Hamilton only in black or luggage, which is why I've branched away from the basic colours and bought zinnia and hope to add more fun colours!

10. Ralph Lauren, boring

Can I just add another and say I wish Vera Bradley would stop making their horrible paisley bags? My 4 year old wouldn't even tote her Barbies with it.

In no particular order (Phoenix):

Something Coach
Something Louis Vuitton Monogram (Most often the Neverfull)
Something Gucci GG Canvas (Usually some sort of hobo)
Something Michael Kors (Either logo or the faux reptile/snakeskin)
Something Tory Burch
Something Kate Spade
Something Louis Vuitton Damier
Something Juicy Couture

Pretty much anything that's instantly recognizable and has it's own boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Seriously, people, our Barney's has a healthy variety including Celine, Proenza Schouler, and Valextra, Saks has Reed Krakoff and Diane von Furstenberg, there's boutiques for Prada, Bottega Veneta, Jimmy Choo, and Ferragamo, there's the internet, and Vegas and LA are only an hour's flight away. Can we try for something more unique?

I was asked if my RK Boxer was Coach or Dooney and Bourke. *sigh*

I think I did No Cal earlier, so here's So Cal:

LV (every day, everywhere I go)
Coach (ditto)
Chanel (almost every day; I can't believe how common the flap has become)
Kate Spade
Prada Saffiano
D&B
Gucci
Micahel by Michael Kors
Tory Burch
MbMJ (still frequent, though not as popular as it used to be)

9 out of 10 women here carry coach and if they don't, they wish they did. I don't understand what's so exciting about a C stitched all around a bag. They're usually all black or beige. Snore. I can spot a Coach owner from a mile away. It's like the C's are hypnotizing the women!

There are bucket loads of coach factory bags around (gag!) and probably an equal amount of young girls carrying their mother's LV. You cannot walk through the mall without your eyeballs being slathered in LVs. Lots of Kate Spade, burberry, Gucci and Vera Bradley also. I see the occasional Cloe and Celine with a sprinkling of other brands. Its big lv territory around here.

I think a lot of it depends on what stores are around. The farther north you drive (towards the outlet mall) the more coach factory bags you see! The malls down here are smack dab in the middle of the wealthy neighborhoods so you see higher end bags.

Yeah but the brands you've recommended are 2-5 times more expensive than the ones you hate. It's unreasonable to expect a Coach or Juicy Couture wearer to spend 2k on a Ferragamo. Coach and Juicy Couture wearers have a vastly different budget.

My comment was more in reference to those wearing giant Gucci or LV bags that are in that realm pricewise.

Coach, TB, MK, etc. are on the lower pricepoint, but I don't see Rebecca Minkoff here either. DvF falls under contemporary in my eyes too.

I honestly don't hate them either. I buy what I like, regardless of designer. I've just grown weary of the in your face logo for logo's sake, the so and so bought has one, so I'm going to buy one mentality, and the assumption that all nice bags are one of the aforementioned brands. If one legitimately likes the bag, regardless of where it's purchased, rock it and screw the naysayers, but I think there's better things to focus on than proving a point to someone else with a purse.

Wow, 'Coach Hell'? What's with all the hate in this thread? If 9/10 people are wearing Coach and LV, this means they must be doing their business right.

I'm in typical Coach H E double hockey sticks. Most women on here don't wear the typical Coach purses. Like Coach Cruiser. She has the most beautiful bags and they're Coach. Coach has great style, but their bags, just like Michael Kors has a lower end bag that everybody flocks to because it's somewhat affordable and somewhat stylish.
