Hi does anyone know if sales associates are able to get bags from other LV stores in the US? My store in SC does not have the bag I want but I see it is available in about five US cities. I have called customer service for two days now and not once have they been able to connect me to the store. I’m wondering if my SA in Charleston can transfer the bag from Texas. Thanks!

From my understanding, your SA in Charleston can put in a request to have an item sent to them, but it’s at the discretion of the other store if they agree to do it or not. I imagine if it’s a hard to find item, they’re less likely to agree since they can probably easily and quickly sell it at their own store with their customers. Good luck!
