It’s been years since I’ve purchased a light colored leather bag because I’m afraid I’ll ruin it, so I totally get it... I only have light pink (nylon) Rebecca Minkoff bum bag. This looks good on you, though I’m sure the beige would have too! Being wary about wear and tear makes it harder to enjoy a bag. Glad you went with your gut!

Thanks ladies. The smell seems to be coming more from the packaging so not sure if it’s some strange storage issue! I’m going to return it.

Actually not too bad, eBay refunded the smelly jeans (they said in the future to not wash them as it is the obligation of the seller to send a clean item) and I will drop them off at a charity shop, the ripped trainers the seller refunded with a huffy message that they were offered as used and I replied that I don't expect a used item to be pristine but a massive rip in the uppers is another story and I happily send back if they issue a return label, alternatively they can tell me their charity of choice and I happily hand it over and will send them the picture of it so they know I did it, the 2 items that weren't sent, they finally replied, seems their email filtered out eBay messages or notifications (guess that can happen) the super fake one insists that it is real and I just don't like it, so I offered to use an independent authentication service and the person who is not right pays for it, changed the tune then and said "bought it in good faith from a charity shop" so I said "bought it in good faith on eBay, a bit odd to see that seller didn't even use actual pictures of the item" seller claimed problems with the camera.... I wait that one out, if I get the return label I will of course return, but I am not fronting the return because then I have no leg to stand on and paid for the return. The one with the tons of stains and discolourations, the pictured really didn't show that, seller still claims it is "used" so I wait, I have downloaded the original pictures and unless you zoom in, you don't see that somebody used Photoshop or another program, you actually have to download and then blow them up, which in all honesty, I find a bit deceptive and not honest. Btw the pictures are the ones I took, the pictures they put up, you only see slight wear on the soles.

I said mine does not stick out that much so I never send my bag to cut. I sent to re-stching yes. Free of charge.

so funny because my first tote was the Neverfull too some years ago. I recently purchased the book tote small in toile de jouy instead of another Neverfull (I was thinking about damier azur as summer bag) but changed to the Dior Book Tote because I like the stitching so much. I use it on sunny days when the forecast says no rain so I can’t answer the rain question yet.
I already got a lot of compliments for it.
The only contra for me is that the Dior is not as comfortable to wear over the shoulder as the Neverfull.
But I would definitely say; go for that stunning Book Tote

I have switched my watch to my right wrist and so far it's been all good. I am not too used to it but I think I can get used to it soon. I like my jade bangles on my left and I think adding a watch ther will ruin the look a bit so I am trying to get used to wearing my watch on my right.
Seems like I am in good company.

If I were you, I would keep the 0.10, return the 0.14, and wait until you can buy a second one in an even bigger size. This way there will be a more noticeable difference in size, and you can layer or wear them separately.

LV Epi comes with silver hardware and so do a lot of Coach bags.

I deliberately own only jumbo and 227 sizes per my personal preference.

(I love big bags and I do carry a lot during the daytime in spite of the ‘tiny bag’ trend. My bags need to be functional for my needs)

I thought I was ‘done’ with Chanel.

But now I am planning to get a m/l flap for evenings/special occasions.

I am sorry to hear this about boutiques in Canada but I will say that my experience even having my own SA and having shopped with Chanel for many many years is far from satisfactory. If I really want an item I invariably have to hunt it down myself.

Si Im having some issues too. I just purchase this bag and it bothers me that looked used. It have big wrinkle in the flap and I would it expect this alone the way but brand new ? Is this normal? Is the flap in your bag super flexible or more structure?

I have never bought my Bals as an investment. These were the bags I wanted to own and admire, I never planned on selling them and making a profit. I am selling some of my bags because my lifestyle has changed, and I am happy that someone is interested in owning them.

I have the 19 and will be getting the 26 in a few days.
When I looked at the 15, I thought it seemed too small for my use.
I did order the samorga insert for the 19 in case I want to add a strap.

Fortunatly it's a want and not a need. I don't have to get it now, or get the first caviar I see. I have waited for so long, those couple of months won't make any difference anymore.
