I prefer to buy shoes that have never been worn. I feel like if they've been worn, they could take on the first person's foot shape or whatever. Right now I'm considering a pair that are represented as excellent but not never worn. the price is good. and the boots are an old style, so might be hard to find another pair.

I am eyeing a preloved black Prada BR3430.
The seller has provided me with a lot of pictures, and they do look ok. I have sent them over for authentication. However, curiously, the seller is unable to locate the white tag. The bag comes complete with the dustbag, cards, and even the receipt.
Is this a red flag? Or does this really happen?

I am interested in learning more about Buffalo Skipper leather - what I know is that it's from a water buffalo, very durable, scratch resistent - buffs out easily and is very rare. Does anyone know anything more? When was it introduced? Is it still used? How does it hold color? I welcome any and all thoughts. TIA

I've been eyeing the Sidney Garber 12mm wide 18K rolling three band bracelet for several years. I'm wondering if its time has come and gone or if it's timeless. Both the multi-color (YG, RG & WG) version and the all WG version appeal to me.

During the pandemic I've done some major downsizing, paring down to the jewelry I actually wear. If I were to own this bracelet, I'd wear it often. I'm just not sure whether or not I'm too late to the rolling band bracelet party.

I'd love to hear from those of you who either have one of these bracelets and still wear it, have one and now think it's passé, still want one, etc.

Hi ladies, just wanted to share with you all that I bought the Cartier Love chain bracelet (the one with two small rings interlocked) in rose gold! Originally I was planning to get the Love ring but then when the SA showed me the bracelet, I changed my mind! It's very elegant except that it's a little big for my wrist so it keeps turning. I really like it in white gold but after reading all the threads about Cartier's white gold turning gold, I picked the rose gold.

I will see if i can post pictures!

I currently all white-gold small love, small JUC, small Clash, and regular Tank Française rings.

I just realized there are only so many fingers on me. Was hoping for advice to stack my rings - doesn’t feel balanced. Additional rings encourage if needed. Current stack attached… thanks!

I own quite a few of the GG marmont belts. it's 1.6" wide just like the marmonts. I have recently tired of them. I just purchased the new "G"
belt in a tan color. Price is $710.US. I just love the simple, elegant buckle. I do think it comes in a black but I find the tan a great neutral. below are pictures of the belt. I know it says "men" but we they are universal. (I do think they come in 1.2" but an not quite sure.

And I do think the double GG's will be over soon.

I'd appreciate any thoughts you have on this belt. Thanks.

Hello all, I’m in a bit of a quandary! I received my first Chanel bag and I love it! However the plating is almost all gone from the clasp and the plating on the chain is almost gone. I was going to have it replated but now I’m unsure, does it look better unplated?? The one with silvered hardware is mine, the other two images with gold hardware I have borrowed from here, I hope that’s ok?

I just got my very first Dior bag, the medium book tote while vacationing in Milan. The SA said I could get it personalized on the back from my local store (I’m in Toronto) to send to Paris. I was wondering what this is like she said like 4 weeks at least. I’m on the fence if I should do it? I just got home so I haven’t even used her yet! But it is almost winter should I do it over winter months?

I purchased a empriente pochette Métis in Maui! However , I am unable to see where it is made. On a blog, I saw a picture of Métis with Louis Vuitton Paris and Made in France. Mine just says Louis Vuitton Paris.

As much as I love my Carrier pieces and lurking here to figure out what to get next as a 1st piece from VCA or Bvlgari, I do sometimes love going on Etsy and discovering small jewelers across the world for unique pieces.

As a guy/ male who is pretty small-framed, finding dainty pendants in either silver or white gold is pretty difficult. I’ve been lucky to find a German jeweler that makes pendants in a variety of stones. I now have four of his pieces in onyx, MOP, malachite, and lapis lazuli (pics attached).

Have you ever found/ recommend a jeweler on Etsy?

I’m considering buying this Ophidia. I love the design. It’s on a reselling site. I have a couple of Gucci pieces in my collection but I’m not 100% sure what to look for when authenticating and they were purchased directly from the store.
