I am completely heartbroken.
I sent my Picotin 18 to the Real Real for consignment exactly a year ago (brand new condition at the time, never carried even once). I asked for them to return it back to me. I just received the shipment today and I'm absolutely horrified of the condition once I got it back.

1. They left the security tag on so I had to cut it off and it would not stop beeping
2. Structure of the bag is completely ruined, not just sloppy but the leather caved in in random places
3. The leather somehow look stretched out?

I'm not sure what to do. I immediately contacted them and their response was "the best I can do for you to add $50.00 in site credit as an apology". What a joke!
Does anyone know how to potentially restore it to better condition structurally?

I’ve been buying LV and Chanel for so long and never really paid attention to Gucci until last year. I’ve had only 2 Gucci bags so far but I have to say I’m in love with Gucci quality. And Did I say Gucci bags have very reasonable price points? I’m just tired of paying 5k for a Chanel bag and it still has quality issues .

My Marmont leather bag feels very soft and yet durable. Hardware and strap feel very light and comfortable. Im just in love.

The one with the straight hardware or the one with the curved hardware? They also differ in the straps. The one with the curved hardware comes with a wide leather shoulder strap aside from the chain strap.

Hi! I searched and could not find a thread on this. I purchased the Soya gloves (with the Kelly lock) in black with gold hardware. My SA ordered them for me since they did not have them in store for me to try for sizing.
They arrived yesterday and are beyond stunning but they have a snug fit. Quite fitted but the length of the fingers is correct.
I am curious from those who have owned these gloves (or alternative lamb skin H gloves) if you would suggest sizing up or if the gloves tend to have some give after wear? If they stretch a little bit it will be perfect but right now I will say making a tight fist is a little uncomfortable.

I posted a few months back in the summer asking for opinions on which bag to get while I was in Paris, the LV Alma BB in black epi OR the Balenciaga Neo Classic XS in black. I ended up taking the Alma BB home with me. I still loved the edgy look of Balenciaga but wasn't really considering getting here in the US after having passed up the euro pricing and VAT.

Fast forward to last night, my husband and I were perusing handbags in Nordstrom when we spotted the neo classic xs in petrol blue in the "clearance/sale" table. My jaw absolutely dropped that it was even there in the first place as it didn't seem like an unpopular color. Didn't expect too steep of a discount off the $1950 price tag but was priced at $877.50.... (see pics linked below)

I picked it up so that I could have some time to mull it over and seek your opinions. I certainly did not expect to add another bag to my collection and this was not a first choice color for me (I lean towards neutrals like tan/taupe/grey/black). This would be an "adventurous" color for me. What would you do in this situation, keep or not keep? - also with consideration of the recent PR the brand has received. TIA!

I couldn’t find a thread on this bag. I just bought it and wanted to share details for others considering it.

The shape limits what can fit in it. Below are a couple of size-comparison shots with the Gucci mini horsebit (this is my first Celine so I don’t have others of those to compare the size).

The strap is a bit thin. I’m hoping it holds up. The length is fine for me as a crossbody, but I’m only 5’2. If you’re tall, then I think this will be too short to be a crossbody.

It has a snap closure and a card slot inside.

I was in Las Vegas last week with a mission to add a friend to my YG Love. I have a WG Rainbow Love which I wear on my left wrist with my Tank Francaise. The YG looked very lonely on my right wrist. I called ahead of time and had them hold/find several bracelets, WG Love, WG small Love, YG small Love, and the Clash in RG both sizes and the WG. I ended up, after many combinations, purchased the medium Clash in RG. I know that it doesn't maybe stack as well as the smaller Clash but I loved the size and the weight of the bracelet. I also tried on the Panther bracelet, the plain one, no diamonds, in YG. It looks very cool on in person.
The Cartier at the Wynn is such a wonderful place to shop. The "Bar Cart" was brought out with pretty little goodies on it and I was given a cute box of truffles. Bunches of fun. The Panther is the next one on the list.

I branched out and tried a couple new (to me) designers in the beginning of this year. The first was Rebecca Minkoff with the Edie Top Handle Satchel in Malbec.



By the end of the year, Coach had sucked me back in with a couple designs that I just couldn’t pass up! I thought my second Cassie 19 would be it for 2022, but I was unsuccessful in resisting the Dove Grey Soft Tabby.

Hi Guys, I was looking for some colour Inpso/advice. I'd like to order a Calvi verso online in a fun colour. Was looking at Jaune Poussin for exterior and Craie interior. Is that a bad idea? Both such light colours, it may look wrecked really quickly. Would Etain or Etoupe work as an interior with the yellow? I find the colours on the website a bit off sometimes, but that's maybe my bad eyesight! lol Thanks in advance!

Hi all, over the holidays I’m going to be travelling to a few different cities with family and hoping to check out Cartier/VCA. The cities will be Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Amsterdam, and Paris.
I am not super familiar with how exactly VAT refund works and will soon look it up but was just curious if others have had experience and know if there’s a “best city” to buy in out of these for price?
