I've fallen in love with Mini Uggs and want to carry them into spring. Are the brighter colors of out of style? I'm thinking either radish (hot pink) or clay pot (muted terra cotta color). Hazard orange is also attractive---could it be one of those surprise neutrals that is kind of outlandish but really goes with everything? Right now I have black, chocolate, and gray Mini Uggs. Thank you for your input!

I am fairly new to VCA and I am trying to make a decision about a earring purchase. I currently have the Alhambra vintage MOP and sweet pave pendants. I am thinking about purchasing matching earrings for both however I am wondering if I should only buy one pair. When I think about it, would the pave earrings work with the MOP pendant or should I just purchase the MOP earrings and use my diamond studs when I wear the pave pendant? Would you buy matching earrings for both pendants or only select one? I am not usually a matchy person but with VCA it seems to be the way to go. I know this is a personal choice but I was hoping some of you could share your experience as I am trying to decide if purchasing both is a good idea. Any thoughts or advice would be welcome.

I am struggling between choosing a picotin 18 or 22 for my build. I know 18 is more popular than 22 but am not sure which one suit my build / size overall. Hence I would like to have your votes and opinions which one look better on me. Also , the pros n cons for 18 vs 22, especially after it become slouchy?

Will it look bigger / longer or shorter / smaller?

I have recently paid a deposit at a VCA store to be placed on a waitlist for Frivole earrings and was told the estimated time is 6-9 months but may be longer AND they do not guarantee the price. Just checking if anyone here has recently been on a waitlist. How long did it take you to receive your item? Will VCA fulfill the order or may cancel it? Any info is very much appreciated

I am debating between the sweet MOP WG earrings and the vintage size. Anyone bought one and wish they had the other and why? Or did anyone purchase any of the Alhambra earrings and find they don't really reach for them as much as they thought e.g. due to wearing diamond studs/hoops mostly? I have found a preloved saddle bag (older version without the new adjustable strap) for $500 cheaper, vs. buying a new one in europe . For those that have the new saddle with strap - is it worth it? when i tried it on at home i didn't love the look with the new strap since the shoulder strap can't come off. i'm posting pics for reference - one with the matching strap, and one with a random guitar strap i had at home. Opinions?! Thanks ! The prices are so crazy anyway with the price increases !!

Hello dear TPF community! Curious what your thoughts are on this topic. I am looking to add a medium/large everyday bag to my collection. Subtle/no logo strongly preferred. Colorwise - tan, beige, taupe, grey. Silver, gunmetal hardware, but open to gold.
For reference I currently own:
- YSL Niki Medium in black faux croc - love it, but it is a bit heavy. Not exactly low key either.
- Gucci Horsebit 1955 Small bag (don’t ever wear it, too small, not my style, plan to sell)
- Balenciaga Neo Classic in “used black” medium (was my go-to for over a year, fell out of love, plan to sell)
- LV Coussin MM in black - i baby this bag, too delicate to be my workhorse.
- LV Coussin PM in Anthracite - leather on this version is a lot sturdier than on the black MM, currently my daily bag, but it does not hold enough and is definitely far from subtle
- LV Maida in Black Empreinte - super practical and comfortable, a bit flashy at times due to LV print on pockets.
- LV Pochette Metis in Empreinte Dune (taupe) - Amazing little crossbody, but a bit small plus the LV logo.
- LV Scala in taupe - basically a pouch/clutch.
- LV Capucines BB in black pleated leather - my “fanciest” definitely not an everyday bag for me. Although it is relatively subtle.
- Proenza Schouler PS1 Medium in Black. Good bag, but I rarely reach for it (can’t explain why). Don’t plan to sell it.

As you can see, most my bags are black.
I tend to carry a lot on a daily basis: phone, headphones, charger, planner, sometimes a laptop, smallish toiletry bag, hand cream, sanitizer, sunglasses, wet wipes, snacks and extra underwear and a diaper or two for my three kids…

LOVE the look of the Celine Belt Bag Mini in Taupe or Grey, but I hear it is heavy. Does it have a staying power? Is it a classic by now. Will it look dated due to trapezoid shape?

Like Celine le 16 in medium, but don’t see a color i like on their website. Maybe the tan? I wonder how this bag is in terms of weight? I see it as an instant classic. Perhaps too formal for a daily bag?

Like the Loewe Puzzle in medium. Tan smooth leather is a good option, but I am more attracted to beige. Beige only comes in grained leather option - not sure I am a fan.

I was also considering the small Givenchy Antigona, but it doesn’t have a single practical pocket; YSL College, but don’t want another chain bag. Looked at Bottega Veneta, but other than the Pouch haven’t fallen in love with any line. I plan to get a new bag once I sell the Gucci and the Balenciaga

I'm planning a trip to Paris (coming from the US) and since my dates are flexible I'm wondering if the Vendome location receives stock on specific days of the week or specific times of the month. I'm thinking of going mid-May but would adjust dates if I'd have a better chance at getting the special edition blue severes Alhambra pendant. Would anyone share their Vendome SA info so that I might check with them directly? Thank you

I went to the BH location to look at Alhambra pendants a few weeks ago. I decided on the onyx although they were out of stock so the SA put in an order to arrive at the store then be shipped out to me. After opening my order, I realized the authenticity card was blank?! I went to SCP to get the necklace sent out to add 2” and I decided to ask about the empty authenticity card. They stated I would have to go back to BH for the stamp since that was technically where I purchased it. It’s a hassle since it’s a far drive. Has anyone else unboxed their piece with an empty card?

I want to buy 1-2 more small leather goods from the YK collection. But I currently have 12 purchases within the past 12 consecutive months. I was advised to not make a purchase until March and that number resets. But I’m worried these two items will be sold out by then. I don’t have anyone in my life that I’d feel ok telling that I can’t make an LV purchase because I’m over the store limit, lol. People around me think I’m crazy as it is to have a few designer bags.

I really love the LV x YK collection after seeing the pieces in person and I would love to add an infinity dot bag to my collection.

I had my eyes set on the Alma BB black or perhaps the Alma BB red. I don‘t have an Alma in my collection yet and I actually did not like the style so much despite it being a classic, but in this print, I love it!

So today I went to my local LV store to look at them in person and now I am totally indecisive and need some help!

The black Alma BB is beautiful, but indeed as the SA also said is a bit more plain and less Kusama as the red and yellow. It also did not stand out so much when carried, which is both a good and not so good point.

The red Alma BB grew more on me than I thought. Beautiful hand carried. Not so much a fan of the slightly shiny thin strap though. Especially when you wear toned down clothes (I wore grey and black), the strap when carried crossbody looks totally out of place.

The Speedy 20 in red was a surprise. The leather is beautiful and despite it having also a red strap, this did not look so much out of place because the strap is a matte leather and also has some golden rings elements at each end. However I already own a few Speedys and the Keepall 25. Though this style stands out way more.

Size wise they are all similar and would be ok for me.

How would you decide or did you decide, if you have one of these bags?

I’m looking to purchase my first Chanel bag. I’ve been researching bags for a while and need some advice from Chanel fans. I have an SA and have bought a lot of things via the boutique- just not a bag.

Im debating between the classic flap (small or medium), Chanel 19 (small) or a boy bag in medium. I want to be able to use the bag casually (jeans and t-shirt) and also would be nice if I could use it as my main bag while away (as an example- when I go to Europe this summer for 10 days I want a bag that can be used sightseeing, out and about in a city, but also to some dinners. I love the structured look of the boy and I like how it can be used as crossbody and shoulder bag. I worry about it being a bit difficult to get in and out of easily. I also wonder if the chain is heavy and too chunky. The 19 seems perfect but limited in that it doesn’t function as a shoulder bag. Is it too ‘casual or slouchy’?! I do like how it holds a lot. The medium flap or small are great but the price is so expensive these days. I probably wouldn’t care so much even about that but the fact they they can’t really be worn cross body keeps me hesitant. I like the option especially when using daily traveling. Would love thoughts or how you all use yours, etc. Also curious if one could use the Chanel 19 as a clutch in a pinch. Ahhh if these bags were more like 3500 I’d get them all but their high price tags makes me only be able to purchase one at the moment. Also curious what you all use more - shoulder bags, too handle or crossbody. Also if I’m missing a great Chanel bag to consider or one from a similar Brand lmk!

Does anyone know of anyplace I can get the hardware replaced on a cheap bag?

I bought a dupe Chanel on Etsy. No way would anyone would confuse it for a real Chanel. Also there is no logo on it pretending to be Chanel. I love the color but the hardware is just so cheap looking.

I would appreciate any recommendation.
