If I were to buy a Lady Dior pre-loved and later on down the road wanted to repair something - for example: the tarnished Dior charms - will Dior still repair it (for a fee) even though I did not buy it in the store?

I love both - one is more classic, and one is super fun and more of a statement piece.

The shiny leather on the Staud concerns me and I prefer the Proenza in a smaller size but, they don’t have it in that color.

I usually do not post things like this but felt it prudent to share. Intermix Online (not its brick and mortars) has been experiencing many woes for the past year or so in terms of deliveries, customer service, etc. That said, I wanted to *warn* anyone who wants to shop via their website.

I found a beautiful dress for an upcoming occasion and now I'm struggling to find a handbag (and shoes!) to match it. Turns out it's not so easy to find a beautiful leather bag in purple, especially in a slightly reddish purple shade. I don't want to be splurging out too much for the bag because darling hubby is already on the verge of installing a Handbag Ban on me but ideally I would still like to find a good quality bag. I don't care about the brand as much as quality.

Here's a sample of the fabric I'm trying to find a bag to match:



Now, I don't know if I'm just too much obsessed with the idea of the bag being purple but I just feel all the other options aren't as nice. Black? Not so nice during summer (it's going to be a summer occasion) but always a sensible, if boring, choice. Green? Hard to find a matching green and it just doesn't look as nice as purple. White/offwhite/cream/beige? Well, perhaps but not sure.

Here's my demands (or what I'm ideally looking for):

• Size would be something like my old Gianni Chiarini bag: around W25cm x H18cm x D8cm aka W9.8" x H7" x D3.15"
• Ideally leather
• Both top handle and crossbody strap (adjustable), I can live without the top handle but makes it easier to handle
• Not too slouchy but also not too rigid
• I like bags that have a good zipper to close them but I might be ok with a flap too (Osprey London Phoebe is a dream with both but very hard to find now)
• Would like it if the bag had a good lining and some pockets inside, at least for a phone and a zipper pocket
• Ideally within Europe so I can get it in a reasonable time frame and less hassle with the customs, if in UK I'd prefer DDP (delivered duties paid)
• Price ideally less than 200€

I hope this doesn't sound too crazy for you. I've been looking at a no brand Italian camera bag but not sure about the size which is the standard W20cm x H15cm x D6cm (W7.9" x H5.9" x D2.4") but I am not sure if it's slightly too small. I've also found a big camera bag that is lovely purple leather but I'm not sure if it's too large? The size of that one is W29cm x H20cm x D10cm ( WxHxD) and it's in a very good price. The only downsides are the large size (too large...?) and has no pockets inside, plus the shoulder strap might be too narrow to be comfortable. Both bags come straight from the manufacturer so that is why they are very affordable, the larger is even cheaper than the small bag.

But... I'd like a few more options as the two last ones are at the top of the price scale and I've got hubby breathing down my neck for my recent expenditure so I'd ideally like to keep it as low as possible. The event I'm going to is a formal event followed by a less formal gathering.

I would be very grateful for all your thoughts and tips on this. I can see myself also going for something more neutral as ideally I'd be using the bag as a daily bag after the event. I've loved my old Gianni Chiarini (a black, slightly slouchy camera bag, measurements above) because it's an excellent bag when I travel, fits neatly under the armrest in an airplane so saves me from placing it under a seat... But it's old and getting too slouchy for my taste. Plus there's the need for a new, pretty bag for the event.

Hi everyone! I really need help deciding on whether to keep or return my Cartier Love wedding band (aka mini love ring) in YG.

Thing is, I already have the small Love hoop earrings, Love necklace (the interlocking rings), and Love bracelet with 4 diamonds, all in YG which I will all wear regularly / for everyday wear, so I don't know if adding a Love ring is too matchy. I'll occasionally switch out the earrings for nights out or something, and the necklace I will switch out sometimes for my VCAs or diamond necklace. Love bracelet will always be on me unless I need to take it out for intense exercise. So switching out sometimes does give me options of being not too matchy.

But also, the other thing is, I'm not a big ring person so I like to wear 1 to 3 rings max - if I even wear rings at all. I normally wear rings to add a little something when I go out, a small statement like the JUC ring or a diamond ring, whereas the Love ring is not really a statement ring but rather a plainer, more classic ring. And wearing the Love ring by itself looks too much like a couple / promise / wedding ring, when I'm single.

I do like the design of the Love ring and how sparkly it is (I guess for now because it's new and not scratched), so I wonder if I'll regret it if I return a classic piece like this, and if my future preference is to wear a ring like this, and wear my Love earrings and necklace less often. I'm all stressed because of this impending price increase period (by April 17th!!). And it'd be silly if I return now, regret it, then buy it next time after the price has increased.

Please help me decide! I'd be so grateful for your opinions based on my circumstance / preferences!

Just purchased my first JUC bracelet and ring in YG and I’m wondering if I made the right decision…

Usually I wear WG and most of my jewellery is in WG or Platinum.

I went with YG JUC because I wondered if WG without diamonds might took too plain, but my husband recons YG looks too bright and weird with my watch and my engagement/wedding rings.

what are your thoughts? I also wear a lot of H coloured bangles and 99% of them are with a palladium clasp. I was planning to wear my JUC with my H bracelets, or on its own.

As I try and try and try to have a smaller collection more curated collection, I find myself thinking there are holes to fill and I have a Ferragamo hole. I'll probably think about this for a long time before pulling a trigger, but I'd like to add a Ferragamo to my collection.

Though I enjoy looking at the bags in the boutique, I would certainly buy pre-loved.

I'm drawn to the small Sofia in a nice soft leather, and the very structured Gancini in a smooth. I've also seen a bag, I don't know what it's called, but it would compare to a Chanel flap bag in lizard that looked beautiful.

What do I need? Well, none. What is my style? Well, all (maybe less so the flap bag).

Similar to the Sofia with beautiful and chewy leather, I have a couple of LV leather small Speedy bags and a small Valextra .S Series.

Similar to the Gancini, I have a Valextra Iside, a Suarez alligator in that shape, maybe something else but I'm not sure.

I have nothing in box calf, but think it is beautiful.

I'm a pretty casual person, but love my nice bags. The Sofia makes more sense, but I'm not sure that's what's driving me. I just want the most fabulous SF.

Of course, it is ultimately my choice, but I'm curious what Ferragamo bags you love in terms of shapes and leathers.

I just noticed my togo Kelly is not lined with togo leather. Is there a “standard” leather that lines the inside of each bag? Or does it change season to season? Vary with color or style of bag?

The inside of my bag looks a lot like chèvre. Just wondering.

I am 5’2 and about 46kgs. I usually wear a size US XS or 0 and my jeans are US 23 or 24. I have normal to narrow shoulders. The length of the shoulders on my leather jackets (can wear a thin jumper under) is 39cm.

I bought but returned a Moncler in a size 0 because it was not as described and also the shoulders were too narrow (with and without a thin jumper underneath) but the arms large (see pic of jacket)

I went to pick up two items I had shipped to my local boutique. I asked if she received any calvis which she shared but told me they just got in a Bearn compact wallet and 2 Slim Roulis wallet. My SA stated they should always receive the Bearn compact but the Roulis is hit or miss....thoughts???

Hello! I'm in a dilemma over the victorine wallet...I can't decide between the mono with brown interior and fuchsia. I originally ordered mono with brown but returned because it had a defect. The brown felt very blah, so when I reordered, I got mono/fuchsia. I do like a pop of color but I'm not sure I love the fuchsia either. The pink has a red/purplish hue which is not really my jam. I've ruled out Rose Ballerina because its so light (although gorgeous) and I already have a DE Rosalie with RB. I had a zippy wallet with brown interior but had to return due to glazing issues. I opted for a zippy with red interior the second time around and I love it every time I open it. I'm debating whether the pink will grow on me or if I should go with classic brown. I bought this wallet to go with my new Pochette Metis in mono. Any thoughts?

I been eyeing on the Noe GM for awhile. this bag is definitely still not easy to find. I went to check out in Glendale Bloomingdales to try it out. Sometime I feel like I’m carrying a women bag, but however I felt like the BB size never felt like that.
I’m still unsure what I want at this time. I do love the size of the Noe GM though.

Ok - it’s heart break time lol. I did purchase a mini sweetheart in black caviar (which I’m delighted about. So she’s a keeper as I have a 2.55 but no classic flap and don’t see myself buying a classic flap for a variety of reasons and the drop on the mini is bad for my height and frame.) I have a REV black caviar GHW WOC, that I use for the occasional errands, concerts where maybe a bag will get bumped around, travel etc. Is this just entirely duplicative? Do I sell her and just get a WOC in a different neutral that isn’t black? Or keep her bc she’s a classic and I can see using for travel still etc. It’s the selling process that’s doing me in - the quotes are miserable and I get annoyed when I know what the resellers will then price her. And I do get buyers on my own if I do a reasonable, close but not over retail auction, but the sheer number of non paying bidders has been EXHAUSTING. Thoughts??
