I'm in search of a vintage hermes (birkin or kelly) mostly because of cost but I also love a vintage piece. I need to buy second hand because I have no relationship with an Hermes SA - I live in Miami and the process seems really challenging here with a large prespend. I've been looking for a while and recently found a Birkin 30 in Black Ardenness from a reputable reseller. It's vintage mint condition but $15K. Would you pay this much? Any experience with how Ardennes holds up? I've heard it's a work horse! Does anyone know how much this will weigh? I've also been looking at a Kelly 28 in black box calf but I want to use and travel with the bag so I'm worried about having to be too precious with box calf. What do you think?

Would love some help on sizing for an older style Valentino over the knee riding boot with bows on the back. Some reviewers say they run large, some say TTS, others say size up.

Anyone have these boots that could give me some advice? I’m typically a US size 9.5 in US designers.

In most of the older Valentino style heels, I’m a size 40. I’m also a 40 in their rain boots. I’m a size 39 in their leather rockstuds heels and in the rockstud slides with a block heel, I’m a 39.5. I’m all over the place with this designer.

In Louboutin and Chanel pumps, I’m typically a size 40.

I am looking at purchasing a vintage K and I would like to get an exotic skin. It will be my first exotic bag.

The croc is shiny and a bigger size. The ostrich is a smaller size however it has been re-dyed.

Both bags are black.

I am trying to decide between the two. Ideally I would have liked the ostrich since it is in a smaller size bag but the fact that it is re-dyed kind of puts me off and makes me want to lean more towards the croc. I love big bags and do not mind a big size K but I was envisioning a smaller size so it can be used for evening too. a 32 I feel is too big for evening?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone owns the neverfull bb tote bag and could let me know if it’s a good first LV bag?

My most frequently used bag is a gucci disco so I like small-ish crossbody bags.

The one thing that puts me off the neverfull bb is the guitar strap but I think it’s possible to buy a separate leather strap, has anyone done this?

I’m interested in purchasing a vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Sac Triangle. However, I have seen 2 different versions of this bag. I have seen one style where it uses one continuous piece of coated canvas. The other style is similar to the Epi leather sac triangle bag where it uses 3 pieces of coated canvas. Does anyone know if one style is just a newer version?

Hi everyone, I am looking into crown implants for a flat head and to increase my cranial top. I was just wondering if anyone knew if these implants "smoosh" your brain or add too much weight on the top of your head leading to increased inter cranial pressure.
Also, if by some miracle, someone has gotten this surgery - can you feel the implant pressing on your skull?

I found a small CF, beige caviar with GHW for sale. I need to sell something to fund it.

I haven’t carried my jumbo in at least 3 years because:

1) it’s too big for me for everyday (remains mostly empty). Too small to be a work bag and carry folders, laptop etc
2) I am not a shoulder bag lady. I am a top handle or a cross body. Neither of which this bag “does well”
3) I prefer the double flap as it has a great shape. My single is starting to look pointy on the top of the flap and that bugs me.

With so many cons, why hesitate? Well, it’s a classic and our tastes change. I fear I will regret it. I sold a beige Claire CF jumbo 2 years ago and haven’t looked back but black with GHW feels special/different.

Hello-I am looking for a small bag and trying to make a decision between Diane, Samuar BB or Vanity pouch. Does anyone own these and can provide some feedback? I was leaning towards vanity chain pouch but not sure if I can justify the higher price point for that bag.

I love the diamond paved one and thinking of getting it. Only con is the price and the fact that Hermes’ is not an actual jeweller, and so when I asked, they do not clean the items for you at the store, nor do they engrave inside bracelet. I’m wondering if it’s worth this much.

How is the quality on Hermes’ jewellery? It pairs well with my Cartier love bangles and I don’t want any more Cartiers for stacking.

I decided to order directly from Creed online to get their signature gift wrapping instead of purchasing from a reseller/department store. I placed my order on Thursday, and Friday morning received an email that my order had shipped via USPS. On Saturday it was still showing that only a label had been created. I know that Monday was a holiday but even today it still just shows that a shipping label was created. I sent an email to their customer service and it bounced back as undeliverable. When I called them just now it rang and rang and then after five minutes got the message to leave them a message. Not impressed!

Has anyone else ordered directly from the US site and had a better experience?

What is a good bag for keeping items organizing. I have a lot of purses, but many times when I reach in some stuff falls to the bottom. Yes, some have pockets, but stuff just falls down. I know that I probably carry too much stuff, but I just wondered if anybody has a bag that is particularly good for organizing?

I have saved up for my first non-mini bag and for me that HAS to be an LV. I have always lusted over the neverfull and tried the MM size in monogram last year and loved it - but now that I’ve saved for it I can’t help but wonder… as someone who has never been a tote girlie, would I really reach for this bag? Was this just a huge trend when I was a teen (now 30) and that’s why I wanted this bag?? I love fashion and wearing mini cross body bags but am keen for something bigger for more of a daily bag that I can carry more around in instead of switching mini bags all the time - but am I really going to carry around a neverfull? I can’t believe I’m questioning it but I don’t know if I can see myself doing that?! I’ve seen influencers with their noe bb bags and they look so classic and chic while still being a practical size and the ability of wearing cross body is a plus to me!

I know neverfull has a good resell value but that’s not what I’m in the market for. I recently had a baby and would love to hand this special purchase down to her one day!

For reference I am 5’9 and average size - hoping the noe bb wouldn’t be too small. Unfortunately I can’t go in and try the bag.

Saks now has a 30 day refund policy, meaning that they can hold your refund up to 30 days after receiving your return. Does anyone else find it really sus? They have had my return since September 23, but now it is October 14 and still no refund!!! They are giving me this excuse that it is the new policy, but come on! Isn't it ridiculous for a luxury retailer to treat its customers like that? The issue, as you can figure out, is that you will inevitably have to pay something to your credit card because it is likely that your credit card cycle will end before the refund processes. For example, right now the only balance on my Saks card is that purchase that I returned. If Saks would have refunded me on time, I would have had zero balance, but now I had to make the minimum payment, and once the refund processes, I will have an overpayment. If Gap manages to process its refunds pretty much by the next day, this just feels wrong and like something is up. I plan to close my Saks card and not use it, as I feel there is something fishy going on here. Anyone else have this feeling?

I’m panicking a bit. It was my first time shopping with TRR and I received an empty box instead of a nearly $4k bracelet. They delivered it without a signature (why are we sending expensive things without a signature) and the edge of the box ripped. A single piece of security tape was used to seal it instead of it being wrapped around the whole box. Their customer service has not been great and all I’ve been asked to do is give them a copy of my id and send in photos of my face (a bit odd in my opinion). I am going to be filing a police report tomorrow. Has anyone ever dealt with this? I’m freaking out about the possibility of being out so much money.
