^I don't consider myself to be health conscious...especially compared to some who are super obsessed about it. I don't count calories or food items...I eat what I like focusing on healthy food & exercise. I'd like to improve in some areas just like everyone else, but I feel that living & enjoying life is the most important thing. I love salad so that's a bonus. I also love ice cream, but I try not to have it in the house very often.frick&frack, you seem really health concious. B'fast is iced coffee always?

bfast: toast, fruit, juice
lunch: rice or noodles
dinner: fruit
