Breakfast Oatmeal cooked with water and a few sultanas
Lunch Broccolli chowder, two oatcakes and a banana
Snack 2 x kiwi fruit
Dinner lentil dahl and basmati rice
So far I had a protein shake for breakfast, light string cheese & turkey breast for snack. LUnch I will have a chicken/bacon/avocado salad and another protein shake for dinner.
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: dim sum
Dinner: Vietnamese family-style meal: canh chua ca ko to, saute vegetables, Vietnamese pancake (ban xeo), and oranges for dessert.
