I have to agree momasaurus. I'm not sure I will like this as a csgm. Loved the 70. It will of course have a lovely border. For me the border is key for a 70 or 90, but less important for a csgm. The overall design becomes more important in a large format. I don't often wear a hacking knot which really brings out the border in a csgm. People who loved sieste au paradis as a csgm will probably love this one too. It also had a strong border. I'm gradually learning what works for me in different formats. But of course I'm also constantly surprised by Hermes.

Interesting I was thinking exactly the Savana Dance might tie similarly to Sieste au Paradis then you brought this up. I'm a fan of SaP and I happen to wear hacking knot a lot for CSGM, but I never thought of how it might help bring out the beauty, in this case the border, of SaP. Interesting point.

They are both beautiful shawls for sure. Any reason to exclude a few from my wishlist really helps my budget.

And Spring/Summer scarves do trickle in by December as I recall buying a Spring scarf right before the price increase on Jan 1 (for us here in Europe.)
