Did anyone report them to their ISPs, that sorts out most people who use the net to abuse someone?

I am loving this forum for its original purpose of being able to connect w/other handbag/purse fans and also because it seems like a place where no-one has to get into the kind of topics that court heated debate/controversy, and I don't find that limiting myself because I LOVE to find the things that connect us all and prefer not to get too drawn into the things that divide people!
