I deal with two SA at Short Hills. One man & one woman. When I woke up on Christmas there was a big instant message on my screen from him wishing me a Merry Christmas!! He's so cute. I love the service at Short Hills. Something similar happened to me with the vernis cell phone strap. He told me not to get it as it was flimsy and would probably break. Good staff there.

when I went to the store to get my neverfull I tried mm and gm size... my Sa told me that gm size looks like a beach bag on me... and I got the mm size. Thanx him for that. I love my mm size neverfull...

as a former sa for a bag/clothing retail store I expect nothing less! I loved building report with clients-it's the best part of the job and I miss it!!
