That is horrible! I hope everthing goes ok... I am not sure what they can do for you. They are going to argue it since you have had the bag for a while... Let us know what ends up happening!

i'm sorry this happened to you but it looks like bleach stains to me too. try to recall if there was any chance your bag was in contact with bleach? and i clicked on your blog link - haha, did ya create a brand new blog just for this incident?

I would definitely stand your ground and ask to speak with the store manger if the leather goods manager cannot get you a replacement (if they are still available) or refund your money.

OMG - what a horrible experience !

Keep us up to date with what happens - I'm curious as to what they say happened to the bag, and of course, what they're going to do for you !!
