Wow, it looks like a new bag! I can't believe what a difference it made! Was the leather just cleaned, or dyed as well? How long did it take? I'd love to find out more about it.

I'm with maedchen - please tell more about what they did!! I was just posting asking about pink bags, and am really nervous about the yellowing (but, equally, really want a pink bag - pale pink, not bubblegum pink.) Did they dye it, or just clean it up somehow? I would love to know more. It looks gorgeous - carry it with pride!

Ok....I'm now convinced. I had been contemplating sending my Caramel off for an overhaul but couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to try and do it myself or send it off to LMB. I def will send her off now. Yours looks fabulous!! Did it take a long time to get it back?
