Who Replied?From my experience, I made an appointment and online consultation (senty pictures then tye doct gave some suggestion) by myself. I contacted their kakao chat and their responses was fast (i only made a consultation with 2 clinics tho after I read a lot and decided that I just want to choose either 1 from those 2 clinics). Both of them have have an in house Engl translator. I finally had the procedures with a doct that speaks Engl.Is it better to use platforms or agencies to make appointments for consultations?
