Couldn't agree more!!! LOVE ZAPPOS!!

I really hope they survive, so I do most of my shoe shopping from there to support them. I'd hate to see such a fabulous company with the best CS on the web go under.
 
I followed up with the UPS store to ask them to check in their store computer if they ever scanned in my Zappos return package. The package never showed up in their system nor in the UPS tracking website.

I think again that my package was basically stolen from the counter of the UPS Store! So frustrating!!! Zappos credited my account like a day or so after I contacted them which is amazing!

Yesterday, I wrote a very long and complimentary note to Zappos thanking them for their EXCELLENT customer service in regards to this situation. They in turn, sent me a quick "thank you" e-mail as well.

I LOVE ZAPPOS!!! They have me as a customer for life!!!!!


Here's another update to my Zappos great service story. So as you can read above, I had sent Zappos a complimentary e-mail thanking them for their great service in regards to my "missing package" situation.

Get this..... I got a hand-written note from the Zappos service rep. who I had initially called to ask about my shoe return/refund. She apologized for the missing package and said that Zappos was sorry that the package was never received at all by them!! Zappos was thanking me for my thank you!!! (Again, they did credit my account for the missing shoes but Zappos never got the shoes back.)

I love Zappos!! Great service!!! In fact, I just ordered two more pairs of shoes from them the other day. If for any reason I have to return the shoes to Zappos, I will make sure that I get a tracking receipt for the shoes from the UPS store. But, hopefully, I will be keeping both pairs of shoes!!!

They really do have great customer service. I ordered Ugg kid boots from them and I did regular shipping....a few hours after ordering, I get an email saying they have decided to overnight them free of charge! I got them the next day!
 
Has anyone returned shoes that have been worn to Zappos? I just got a pair and I'm on the fence as to whether they're going to be comfortable. Wondering if they would be like Nordstrom and take them back if they hurt after wearing. Their official return policy says they have to be in original condition but from what I've seen online, they seem pretty helpful.

No they won't. Their policy states--somewhere on the web site I believe--that they won't take back shoes that have been worn for more than a brief test walk on the carpet.

Just want to chime in on Zappo's excellent service. Couple years ago I ordered 2 UGGS boots from them and the package was stolen! I called them and they resend my order for next day delivery! I also asked them to add signature confirmation on my orders.
