Apparently I have to go through a 3rd party for this. Something to be aware of. I submitted the claim so now I'm just waiting.

Oh, I really hope it works out in your favor! It seems only fair that they give the price difference as it was still in stock at the lower price when you requested the adjustment. Afterall, you could have just bought it again at the lower price and returned the first one.

Looks like they got a cancellation or something. It was just added to their page again. So if anyone is still looking for one, they have it again for $1550.39.

Thank you for sharing the link. I decided during the last min to buy Sulpice. Not much info about this bag. But it is exactly the same as I imagined! In addition, I'm quite happy that the strap is longer than the Camera one. It fits me perfectly as a crossbody!

What a beauty. Came nicely packaged with dustbag and authenticity card. Didnt realize how much smaller the small is than the medium. Still a good size for me. I love it.

I don't know they're making it hard. They want screenshots of the lower price with the discount included. This is impossible since the bag is out of stock. Had I known it would be this much trouble I would have taken the screen shot. Oh well. Live and learn The universe will balance it out.

It's black. My bathroom lighting is not the best and I forgot I had the flash on when I took the pic, lol.
