Hi, good day!

Just want to share my frustration on my newly bought YSL LOULOU chain bag in small size. I have only wore this thrice since I bought it and to my disapointment, I have already noticed crackings on the glazings. Anyone from this group have already experienced this? Thank you!

Wow. I suggest you take the bag back for a replacement.

I recently bought small loulou and I’ve noticed there is some creasing on the back, but what’s interesting, visible only in certain light
I like the bag, it’s not bothering me very much but I’m afraid it will get worse while using. Not sure if should return it...
Definitely need some advise...

That type of wrinkling is completely normal for the type of leather Lou Lou is made from

I get so confused dark latte is it different from the color latte that sold out on ysl website? I got the color latte from nordstrom website and the tag says Dk latte

I just got latte from nordstrom and has no creases i think you should definitely return and get a one without crease
I know creases will come in due time but for the 2k price tag it shouldn’t have any

I checked Nordstrom and there is no small latte and prices seems veeery high
