My summer sale reveal is a disappointing one, unfortunately. My first
Coach bag in years, and it arrived with no shoulder strap or dust cover, along with a sizable ballpoint pen mark. Customer care said there were a few in stock in one store on the other side of the country, so my options are to return to a local store and have them handle the exchange for one of the last remaining ones, or just return it for a refund. I was really looking forward to this bag, but the problems have taken the fun out of the experience. Now trying to decide whether I like the bag enough to go through the hassle of trekking to the store to do an exchange, or if I should just drop it off at UPS on my way to work on Monday and be done with it.
