Finally was able to go pick up my
Empire 40 in navy from the boutique after dealing with a wicked cold. Love it. Husband is a bit disappointed that it’s not more burnished. But the SA said this one was more burnished than the one they had on display.
Oh and I asked if by chance they received a new shipment of Merlot because this location just reopened with a coffee shop and I thought maybe they had a refreshed stock. Nope. Oh well. I figure I’d ask. Would have gone to the coffee shop but the line was out the door and the husband did not have the patience for that or the dj inside the boutique.

I know I revealed the navy empire 40 last week but when I looked at it in daylight I noticed two white spots in the back that looked like chemical splotches. So I returned it. Was going to order a replacement but saw Merlot was available and I ordered it. Yada yada ended up getting Large Marge from the boutique in Sherman Oaks. Love her.
