I actually have not worn the bag outside yet, but after I read your post, I went and added my stuff into the bag and placed it on my bare shoulder.

I can definitely feel the heart strap hurting my shoulder from all the weight inside the bag, unfortunately. And I have the bag full of items inside, too.

I have a feeling I can only use this strap for only short trips or dinners, or I might need to bring an extra strap in case my shoulder starts to hurt. Still love the bag, though.

Is the chain too long to allow it to dangle on the bag as a decoration? It looks so pretty like that, if you are able to use another strap for your shoulder and enjoy the hearts hanging around. :)

Well at least you can hopefully add another strap and let the heart chain dangle as a beautiful decoration!

Feels like I've been away forever! But I am so excited about this Cargo Soft Tabby in black. Was able to get one ordered before they came out and I'm glad I did since black is now sold out. The natural grain leather is divine and much better than any other I've felt from Coach in the last few years. Miss the 1941 collection. It's thinner and much more pliable while having a great soft hand feel. I have quit using Elvis since he's so rare and I'm afraid of something happening to him. This cargo tabby is a great everyday replacement with an edgy feel. Love that it has a shoulder and crossbody strap. I added my rogue top handle chain and a 1941 hangtag. It feels like this bag should have been issued with a 1941 hangtag.

If anyone is on the fence there are a limited number of the burnished amber and pebble left. Pebble and amber are not mine.

The new cargo Tabbies are so cute! I remember Coach sending me an email about this new style. Love your Elvis bag, as well! Enjoy them!

Good to see you! Love your Tabby! Does a cell phone fit in the added back exterior pocket? Enjoy it! I like how you used the top handle strap!
