With the Dakota the only problem was on the strap where it attaches to the bag. I've noticed that sometimes mine twists when I'm picking it up, which puts more strain on it. But it still is fine. I think you just have to not be too rough with it.

Green is gorgeous but way too tiny. Regular is a tad big but really nice and has all the pockets I like. Was hoping for nickel hardware. If green was available in regular size it would be a no brainer. Hanging onto black for now in case no other colors (besides ivory) come out...but I imagine they wouldn't just do 2 colors!

So there was a discrepancy with the pricing because I had discovered that this bag also comes in Burnished Amber. Well turns out that color is made in a natural vegetable tanned “grace” leather. It’s $595 for the medium and $450 for the small. I ordered the medium this afternoon. Hoping and praying I get one without too many imperfections and stretch marks, lol. Here are the photos from my email confirmation:

Thank you. I actually ordered yesterday too. When SA said $595 I had to double check it wasn't the largest one.

Here's hoping you get a good one!

ETA interesting the stock pics show 2 different hangtags. Will be curious to see which it arrives with. I can't tell from the pics she sent of it on her coworker.

You know, I didn’t even realize the hangtag was different until you said it! I hope it comes with the horse and carriage version.
