weibaobai, the 30cm looks lovely on you. The 30cm is a pure handbag, not really a tote. It all depends upon what you are used to. There are people shorter than yourself who carry the jpg birkin and 40cm birkins. I think there is a place for both larger and smaller birkins in your closet. If you want the look of a tote, then perhaps you could use a 35cm as well. I started with 40cms, but now have a mix of 25/30/35s. Most my bags are 30cm though. I am 5'2".
