Hello to all! I’m hoping someone can help out... I’ve purchased a 2018 city bag from Departemente Feminin’s website and received the bag with only the care card, leather sample, controllato card and a blank balenciaga card. I emailed them asking about the other authenticity card that shows the year of manufacture and serial number and they responded that Balenciaga has “changed their way of processing” and no longer makes the particular card. Is anyone able to confirm this for me? Not a huge deal but if it is meant to come with the card I would prefer to have it!

I am about to ask same question too. I just bought new Balenciaga bag in metallic edge, it only came in like that too (nothe year of manufacture and serial number card ). I need someone to confirm this it true.
