Your favorite type of "exotic" leather?

If you had to pick a favorite, which would it be?

I like croc, gator and stingray though unfortunately I don't have pieces in any

I like gator, because 1) it's farmed for both food and skin so it's as ethical as non-exotic leather (which of course is a matter of personal beliefs) 2) I don't love the pores in croc. Not that I'd say no to croc

Ostrich for me. I love all the characteristics and how it wears/ages.

Hippo because it’s about as sustainable as can be. (Sourced from animals that died naturally in the wild)

Has a super unique grain and tough as nails.

Nope! They are from Altan bottier, I haven’t gotten around to a hippo order yet haha.

I adore how croc looks, but it’s unaffordable for me, so I would go for either python or ostrich.

I’ve seen photographs of Moreletii croc which looks amazing, but I’ve never seen it in person..
