I'll be in Las Vegas soon and will be visiting both boutiques. Would anyone care to share the names of their favorite SAs? I would love to go into the stores fully prepared with my shopping list and the name of a great SA I can ask for -- thanks so much!

They have a lot of SAs at the Bellagio H. They stay open until Midnight! Nice store. They have a lot of merch and get Birkins in often (I think Thurs is their big delivery day) They put many on the floor and in the window. Loads of Horn and a nice selection of scarves and ties!

I found that at the new Encore boutique they put lots of cool stuff in the window displays (like a suede Collier de Chien bracelet--rare!) and will happily take it out for you, so check out the windows at Encore, definitely!

My favorite SA in Las Vegas is Yumiko Davis. I made an order for a Birkin last May and it took only a year to get it. She is very helpful and friendly. She works at both Encore and Bellagio. I envy you wish I could go too. Have fun! :smile1:

I LOVE that they are open till midnight and on Sundays! Wish I could be there right now *sigh*

So some SAs work at both stores? Can they transfer items between stores?

I was so excited to hear that they are open so late! When I told DH, he got a worried look on his face!

I also agree about getting matte. For me, shiny croc on a casual daily basis would be too "in your face". I have a vert olive clemence birkin (in my avatar) and it really is a neutral, year-round color. If I were to buy a croc birkin, my first choice would be havanne, but since you already have a brown birkin, the vert olive matte croc would be SPECTACULAR!
