I didn't really understand the 30% contest. I left my cart full w/ 20% off items came back and one item (a handbag, yeah) had an extra 30% taken off. Confused? I bought everything anyway. I still have 7 sample things I want.:

I doubt that yoox gave extra discount of 30%. It was a technical error.
Personally I’ve got 20 % off with my superstar code. I completed my order today and then I put one item into the basket again. I was surprised by getting 30% off. I put several items into to basket just to check if discount is valid for other items too which don’t have yoox code. Code was valid for all items approximately during one hour.

There was a glitch in my bag getting marked down twice. They are changing prices. I had a basket full of 6 things this morning, was still shopping, put a 7 item and all my"sale" prices had raised? I called the sweetest customer service gentlemen, he said I saw the hike "probably" because Yoox was changing prices. He is going to look into it? Meanwhile 2 dresses I wanted that went up down up...sold) =

Ok my dream box clothing and the clothing in the cart were raised by Yoox this morning 28.5 % I had NOTHING go down except a bag.
I have called and written and was told everybody went home, but my case was escalated. this morning. I was told not to buy anything til it was worked out? There was nothing they could do, with there "team" gone.
I don't understand raising your listed prices in the middle of a sale?
