summer12 only works for some items that are on sale and magic48h only works for the current Fall/Winter collections. Some items belong to neither of these collections though.
I placed an order yesterday and asked them to refund the 10% but they denied it this time. Has anybody else tried? I think this sucks. We're talking $100 here...
hi I bought a pretty expensive bag yesterday and after reading I called and they did refund 10%. They did check the criteria though. So maybe if it doesn't work, the bag is from a different season or not applicable.

They also said they couldn't apply the code because it wasn't valid yesterday, only today and tomorrow. That was never a problem before though.

I got a black super large nightingale for 750. So 675 instead would be nice...I think it sucks they said now now all of a sudden.

If they won't refund the difference you could return the bag then wait for the returned bag to appear as in stock again and rebuy it using the code. I did this once with a Gucci jacket and by the time it appeared back in stock there was a 15% code so I saved £300. You have to buy it quickly though before someone else does.
