I have found Steven Kirsch about a million times more personable for starters. He is honest about will work and not work, and has tact, whereas I have found Leon does not. I also appreciate that Steven will stand behind his work, designs things that can be worn as a set and doesn't make outlandish demands about his work not being worn with a wedding band. His workmanship is, from what I have seen in photos, actually better than that of Leon's, and he wants you to be satisfied with your item, not just be happy you have one that he made. He also does things on a more appropriate timeline, and can work with you on that. And his pricing is not only more fair and appropriate, he gives you pricing quickly, and doesn't play games like pricing something 2x or 3x higher because he doesn't like sometihng about you or something you said. Can you explain further?
And while I cannot speak to this from actual physical experience, only from hearsay of a friend, I somehow doubt that he would refuse to service a piece he made because you dared to actually wear the damn thing or wore it beside your wearing band.
