I'm actually thinking of ordering another Nolita and attempting to see if I can paint it black. At that price, it's practically disposable so might be worth a try. Could be a fun project or a total disaster, only time will tell lol

Went to look at it again online and it offered me option of picking up in store. I happen to be in Orlando all week for work and looks like it's available here so I can check it out in person and share pics tomorrow. Wouldn't you know it's at the same outlet mall I was just at earlier tonight (go figure). I went to look in prada, bottega veneta and jimmy choo but had I known about this a few hours sooner, I would have been on a dragon mission.....

And as far as I'm concerned, this does not count as breaking my self-imposed ban on buying handbags bc 1. It's really more like a SLG, 2. had I known this was available I would have bought it when I ordered other on Dec 31 (before ban began), 3. Its kind of part of a set with other one, and 4. At this price, not going to break the bank.

Yes, please go on the Great Dragon Quest and report back! I support multi-shopping-trips and bag-SLG-math lol.

Thank you for corroborating that I have not broken my ban. I distinctly stated I was not on a SLG ban as I need a new card holder. I managed to make it out of premium outlets without a handbag last night and was extremely proud of myself but was met with less enthusiasm from my daughter (see text convo attached lol). I am going to have to hide the nolita or act like it came with other one. I do not know what "standard" she's referring to (also stating to question if we're actually related) Also, I did not disclose what I did purchase but I also never said I was on a jimmy choo boots or prada RTW ban. Just saying.

I uploaded pics I took of the dragon stuff at coach outlet earlier but didn't have time to post about my observations/ thoughts. I found the scarf to be more beautiful in person than on the website. That was a pleasant surprise, especially at the price point. On the other hand, I wasn't dazzled by the nolita. The dragon graphic is much smaller (obviously given the size of the bag) than on the Rogue but also not nearly as vibrant looking in my opinion. The stars around the dragon have some sparkle on them, which some might like but i thought a litlle crafty looking. Also, what I didn't realize was that instead of the bag being sold color leather background all over, part of the bag has the Coach "C" logo print on it, which i personally didn't care for. Overall. was a bit disappointing so I'm glad I got the Rogue after all. Although for the price there's no comparison and it's cute but definitely doesn't make the same statement.

I'm a bit disappointed with the offerings. I like the Coach and the Delvaux, even though they are very different.

I'll just wear my Hermès Dragon Flash ties unless I can find something SLG that's utterly irresistible
