Yay or Nay on Chloe Paraty?

i know you came your decision - just my 2 cents! , i dont know what a pippa is - will look it up. maybe i will want one! anyway, i love my caramel paraty. looks better with use & very versatile & quite classy. i like it because I like it, not because of celebrity, etc. i actually hated it at first, but it grew on me.
The black python paraty is on my wishlist.
Nooo keep your pippa!! I have 2 and love them!! They hold soo much and still look great,
I do like the paraty but I've heard it's very heavy so I can imagine it wouldn't be very comfy to carry when it's full, pippa all the wayyy

Ditto! I love my Paraty - it works dressed up or down, and Chloe neutrals are simply stunning (my Paraty is in Rock).
I'm going to have to check out the Pippa, too - I keep hearing good things but haven't seen one yet.
I had the Modalu Pippa in shark (recently sold it only bc I had another grey bag) and I loved it! It's such a classic shape and I loved all the gold zippers. I like it much more than the paraty which I find quite unattractive, honestly, esp the front tubing detail.
I just looked up your Pippa and I think it's really nice, but very different from the Paraty. If you think you still want one I would keep an eye on sales. I was debating an orange mechanic Paraty a few months ago - it was $477, which was a significant discount - but I took too long to decide and it sold out at that price. Anyway, if you are not in a hurry, maybe you can find a great deal too.
I have 2 paraty's. Bought the first in black and loved it so much bought the next one in red. It's not heavy (I have the medium). I have held the large and it is very big and heavy. The medium is the perfect size. I can get a lot in it, it has pebbled leather and wears like iron. I've taken it traveling as the leather doesn't show any wear. Love the choice of shoulder strap or handles.
I love the scuba blue colour, trying to look for that colour and can't find it. Where did you get yours.
Really, where was that sale? I am not that lucky with sales on designer purses.
I think the Paraty is a beautiful bag and the craftsmanship is stunning as with all Chloé bags IMO.
But I would never buy this myself. I think I would get tired of the design after a while and it is not as timeless as I would like my bags to be. I made the mistake with my Paddington (which I love, but rarely use) and promised myself that all future bags had to be absolutely timeless.
