Thanks FunBagz! Sounds like a fun trip! What I've heard (from my SA) is that they're cutting production and they started again with the long waiting list. So I'd call first if I were you, and ask them if they can put you on the list so you'll hopefully be able to get the bag when you arrive..

Hi all, I am so sorry to have taken so long to update you. But first of all I wanted to say thanks for all your help, I went back in the boutique the other day and they saw what we all saw and they agreed to exchange the bag for me. They where really shocked because they've never seen a huge mistake like this before. So I had my bag just in time for my birthday and I've been enjoying it ever since.. Thanks so much for all your help and here is a pic of my new bag, I call her miss Coco

Yes at first the SA didn't even see the difference.. he went to the back and brought another M/L and he was so shocked when he put them side by side.. they've never seen something like this before. and he said that indeed it looks like they put a jumbo flap and turn lock on the M/L/.. crazy.. But I'm happy I have my perfect bag now

I just saw this thread now and noticed directly that the HW was wrong,- unbelievable that this happened and switched through QC.
I would also expect the SA to notice it at an instant, but obviously nobody expected this and and slipped through.
So happy to hear that they exchanged it and that you received your dream bag on time!!!
Enjoy it to the fullest, and you have an unforgetable story to tell....

Ah, this is the thread I have been searching for!!
I bought my Jumbo caviar SHW a few weeks ago, and noticed the CC closure on it is is a lot thinner than other members here with medium flaps??! The difference is SO noticeable to the point where I thought I was going crazy because no one else had mentioned it.
From what I see the Jumbo CC seems to be thinner, and the medium flaps seem to be thicker. Some of the medium flaps I see in store or on here also aren't even that straight either - it's crazy the inconsistencies, I thought I was just being super fussy so thank you OP for starting this thread
