Hey ladies - I've noticed it's so quiet over here the past few weeks. We need to get some activity going!!

Has anyone purchased a new MK recently? If not, let's talk about what's on the radar? Is anyone eyeing something in particular?

Do you have a special occasion coming up and see an MK in your future?

I was at my local store recently and saw a lot of gorgeous bags. The Uptown Astor Shoulder tote is still in the back of my mind - I've loved that style for a long while now. Maybe DH will treat me to one for our upcoming anniversary in early July - just not sure of the color.

I also saw a gorgeous bronze sparkly bag in the store that I haven't seen before - it was small but the leather actually SPARKLED. It was TDF!!!!

And I love anything peanut colored. I wonder if the Uptown Astor will come out in peanut - if so, that would be my next MK.

So come on ladies - let's chat about MK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the hamilton pet carrier, which I mentioned earlier. I will definitely post pics w/my cat posing in it or alongside. : )

Also I've been wanting the crescent Skorpios, and still wanting a Hamilton. I have had a hard time settling on which one. I saw the white and the peanut croc one and both are TDF! Also the metallic satchel (not sure what it's called) one with the logo embossed in it is adorable.

Here's a better pic of my new Skorpios that I've been meaning to post:

Also I got the ceramic digital watch, I'm not sure I like it though. : /

I don't have my eye on anything new - BUT - my Peanut Croc Hamilton has been locked up in my room for what seems like months now! I'm dying to carry her, but the weather here is just not cooperating! It's back to winter cold temperatures, snow, freezing rain, etc. I'm hoping the weather will get better so I can start carrying her in April. I'm so over this winter!!!
I'm usually one who changes out bags frequently, however, Hamilton has changed that! I got my black Hamilton w/Gold hardware back in January and she is the only bag I've carried since! I've thought about switching bags, but I just can't. I'm so in love with this bag it's crazy!
Here's a question: I have the Hamilton in luggage with gold hardware too (that make 3 Hamiltons for me). I'm kind of unsure about it as I have the peanut and think the luggage may be over-kill. To me they are somewhat similar and I know as soon as the weather breaks, I'll go for the peanut over the luggage. I've never had the same style bag in more than one color before and just think maybe having 3 Hamiltons is too much. I'm also afraid that the luggage wouldn't get carried much. What advice do you have - I'm running out of time if I'm going to return the luggage.

Olivia - I NEEEDDDDD that bag!!???????????????? OMGAWD!!!!! Where did you get this anyway - I've never seen it in a store. It has to be the most amazing leather ever - just a perfect soft supple smooshy perfect leather bag. Where can I find one???

And that pet carrier is a riot!! I finally saw it in the MK store and thought of you - Hamilton for kitty before Hamilton for you. :p

I love the peanut croc Hamilton - if you do decide to get one, I think you should get that one. :D

I hear you about winter - ME TOO!!! Sick of it and it keeps hanging on for it's last gasp. Blech!!! Imagine me waiting to use that YELLOW bag - how long am I gonna have to wait!! I feel like I've had it forever!! :pout:

You must be dying to use that peanut Hamilton, it's sooooo gorgeous!!!!

Funny you say that about not wanting to switch out. I'm trying to switch out every Friday to make sure my 20 bags get use. This week I've been using my Coach Croc Embossed Maggie, and it's gorgeous, but on Friday I'm switching back to my black Hamilton and I just can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!! Normally I don't think about which bag is upcoming (I actually made up a rotation schedule to force me to change), but I'm really dying to get back into my Hamilton. There is just something about that bag that is special.

Insofar as your dilemma is concerned, my gut feeling is return the luggage. Not because you have 3 Hamiltons - if a style is working for you and you love it, I don't have issue with that at all - I just have a feeling you won't use it as much. MK may do even more new Hamiltons for the Fall line and maybe you will want one of those. I just think that while it isn't the same color as the peanut, it's sort of in the same color family, so it's kind of overkill. If it was a completely different color, maybe that would be different.

But as you said, unlike Coach MK doesn't give you forever to return. You may see another one down the road you like better. But if you are really attached to it, I'd hate to tell you to return it. What is your gut telling you?

Been looking into getting the Skorpios! But I promised my DF that the Hamilton was my last purse this year until December. LOL

It's really hard not to buy purses! I've bought one every month this year =(

I was thinking about you the other day - are you still going to get the orange or tangerine Hamilton? If I remember correctly, you are doing a charge hold and your DH is going to pick it up for you in Chicago next month? (Do I need to get a life or what?) :p

I can relate on the one per month thing. Me too. That's how I ended up with 20 bags in a year and a half. I keep saying THIS IS IT, then I start dreaming again. I have 2 unused bags right now - the Coach Kristin in my siggy and the yellow MK in my avatar. But they are summery bags and it's just not time yet.

But I'm already dreaming about what's next. . . . . . . . :girlsigh:

I feel your pain about waiting for the weather to cooperate to use a new bag!!! I knew you would undetstand and be so helpful crissy!!!
My gut is saying that poor luggage hamilton will just sit there in it's dust bag and box and be totally ignored because her sister "Peanut" is the favorite one!
And, I keep stalking TJ Maxx trying to find a navy n/s hamilton, but no luck so far. I was justifying that if I found the navy, the luggage would definitely go back. I wear jeans alot in the spring when I'm not at work and I fugured with the navy vs. the luggage, I wouldn't have to worry about demin transfer.

That's a good idea about waiting to see what will come out for fall, so I think I'll return the luggage, and enjoy my black and peanut hamilton!

I honestly think that is the best thing to do. I didn't want to push you that way, but my gut feeling says to return the luggage one. The nice thing about that is then you can watch what comes out and if you fall in love with something you aren't thinking "I shouldn't cause I have that unused luggage Hamilton". Returning it is making way another lovely!!! :D

The weather here is supposed to get warmer next week - I HOPE SO!!! The snow is pretty much gone and the days are sunny but it's still around 0 or below, so tooooooooooooo cold!! YUCK!!!!
