I think I will return. Although I love it, it’s a lot to spend on a bag that I feel will not gain or hold its value. Unlike Chanel, that’s been my experience with Vuitton leather. Thank you to everyone for giving advise. I think my decision is made 🙂 Plus upon receiving from warehouse… where the strap attaches this is what it came like… so what will it look like when I use it !? How do they send such an expensive bag this way!!? I ordered from boutique because I wanted new. I thought it was odd when the strap was already on the bag and not inside?View attachment 5994191

Are those scratches not dust?
I personally don't feel this bag is worth the price, but especially not after seeing the hardware.

Yes scratches. The strap was attached when it arrived which is odd. Typically they are inside the bag. I believe I got a return. For any amount of money that’s unacceptable but for this especially 🫤 I sent it back today.

I personally love the look of this bag, it’s out of my price range unfortunately but at the same time if I had the money I think I would spend it on something that would hold its value more at that price. Plus the marks you’ve noticed on it are unacceptable, at any price point really

I would return this based on the condition. As far as I’d be concerned, that’s damaged. If it was in perfect condition and you’re questioning it, maybe you shouldn’t keep it. None of these bags are actually “worth” the prices LV (or other high end brand) commands. It’s just a personal decision whether or not it’s worth it to you.
