online. most designers and stores have an exchange/return policy so no harm in buying online, seeing it in person, and returning if it's no good. no SA's, no judgments, no parking issues, i don't care about fancy wrapping or a glass of water or champagne. i buy via text too, with SA's i know and trust who send me pics of things i'm interested in.

Right??!! I don't understand how they can operate w/out introducing online sales for their bags. LV does it, even Hermes. it seems so archaic in this age of social media that they would not even have a website that displays ALL handbags/SLGs, it's just seasonal items and super non-user-friendly to navigate.
Eh, if I don't buy online, there would be no shopping for me; none of the stores I shop at are anywhere within the vicinity! The necessary evil to my handbag obsession lol
