You should reach out to the store manager with these pictures, and if that doesn't work, then email Dior customer service. It's best to get the replacement part from Dior, and if that doesn't work, then seek a third-party repair place.

Rago Brothers mail-in service in New Jersey. They’re Dior’s “out-of-house” service. They can do it all.

They cannot replace them with the original charms. Only Dior can.

If an artist can mix up a metallic paint that matches the colour, lustre, and texture of the silver leather, then they can hide the wear with paint. I think that some leather specialists can do that. Perhaps not Dior.
