Will Dior repair items not purchased from store for a fee?

Dior asks the SAs to take photos of the bag to send to the repair center so they can assess if they can make the repair. They should be able to repair for a fee.
Sorry for interupting this thread with my own question, but do you know whether you should have the receipt or the authencity card with you? And can you get repair for items bought at the website 24s.com ?

Oh thank you! But if you have bought a bag second hand and there is no original receipt and only authencity card. Can you bring that bag for repair?
I know 24s is a part of LVMH group, but I dont know whether you can take a Dior bag purchased from them to a Dior boutique for a repair. I tried to ask Dior online customer service but they did not seem to understand what I mean.
The SAs will tell you to bring it in so they can take photos. There is no black and white answer to whether or not it can be repaired. Ohh got it! I hope that I will get by a Dior store anytime soon, as there is no one in my country.
Rago Brothers mail-in service in New Jersey. They’re Dior’s “out-of-house” service. They can do it all.

Did you speak to an SA or the manager? And what is the nature of the repair? Which bag is this? (do you mind sharing photos of the bag and where it needs to be repaired?).
Sometimes they don't offer to because they don't have the part, or the SA you spoke to didn't want to do the work to submit pictures for repair.
Yes I actually went to Dior boutique personally and spoke with the SA and she was willing to help me at first . She even saw my bag and said yes we do repair for this ..until she said she needs my particular which I don’t have because I didn’t personally bought it online. That’s when she told me directly they are not able to help me . Which saddened me the most .
