In my experience Giuseppe Zanotti's are true to size, I don't own any boots but all the pumps, and sandals I have are TTS. If you really want to make sure you could call a Zanotti boutique, they are helpful with sizing.

I've worn Zanotti's for the last 7 or 8 years and every single pair including my boots are true to size. For me, that's a 40 ( im a US 10). I have thick calves and even my Zanotti cowboy boots are a 40.

Thanks everyone! I'm usually a 9 or 9.5 so I think I'm going to try the 39.5 I'll have to check the return policy just in case they don't work out. I hope they do!!!
