Alliemia, that bag is beautiful! I just ordered the black one 60% off on Nordies. I'm returning another bag to get this one. I think this one looks more functional and will be more of an everyday black bag than my other one.

The leather looks so smooshy in your pics! I'm so excited that the lining is suede, that makes it all the more worth it! Do you find it easy to use and comfortable on your shoulder?? TIA! :)

i find it very comfy. i've only used it a handful of times so far. sometimes one strap falls off my shoulder, but overall it is a super comfy bag to carry. i love the suede interior.

if i can ever save money instead of always buying new stuff, i'd like to get one of Michael Kors python bags that have metallic leather lining. that lining is insanely soft and so nice.

but you really will love this bag, post pics when you get it!

About the shoulder strap slipping off....a lot of the ladies on the forum do this: overlap one strap over the other and it should stay in place (let me know if this works). I will def. post pics! I cannot wait to get this bag now!! :) I like to shop too and it takes me forever to save up for anything! When I was at my Nordies recently, they had one of his silver python bags on sale ($1700). I couldn't justify spending that kind of money even though it was on sale, but OMG, it was the most gorgeous bag I think I've ever seen!! I'm sure someone bought it by now. Lucky girl who ever she is!

i'm trying to only buy one really nice bag per season or even less and no more impulse bags. so maybe i can get one of those hot pythons one day. haha

i'll try that with the straps. it's the outer strap that just slips off, seems like it would stay up if i cross them. thanks!

this bag is soft like butter. i think MK for some reason, his high-end line isn't popular on tpf. but i think if more people saw them live, they'd go nuts for them.

I've often wondered why there is no MK forum because his bags, at least the MICHAEL Michael Kors bags are pretty popular. I see them everywhere. If there can be a Tokidoki forum there should be an MK forum!! Right? :)

i was at nordies today, and they still have the pool blue, one left, and a coral single handle. i'm sure some other nordies have some too, if anyone is looking, you can call around, or have live chat at nordstrom.com locate one.

I have this exact same bag except in white. I love the quality, but feel like it weighs a ton like an MJ bag. with the hardware and suede. I remember four years ago I got a MK catalog of the MK collection and literally drooling, but the price was too high for me. I ended up getting my bag on e-bay. I am sad he's not doing collection anymore, those were some quality bags. The designs were really nice, so I'm not suprised he took them and did them again for his MMK line, but as your mentioned the quality is just MEH after having MK collection bag.
