In honor of this week's theme, I finally have enough courage to join you all, wonderful Hermes lovers. Here is one of my faves, and oldest scarf in my (very small) collection, my red Alsace. The color and romantic scenes make me think of love. Have a wonderful Valentine's Day!
PS: Seton - - The last photo is for you, "our" Fantaisies in action....thanks for letting me inherit this baby. Though the green intimidates me, I can't help but fell in love with it:loveeyes:

Those are gorgeous!! And why oh why does the green intimidate you??? It is so beautiful and looks amazing on you!! :)

Very striking, Ladybaga, and you wear these bright colors so very well! Love the jewelry with it too. hmm, red and green are my DS/DBIL's racing stable colors, and she has a birthday coming up soon....thank you!! Gift-giving solved. :p

Oh!! That would be THE PERFECT gift for her!!!!! If your boutique doesn't have it, I saw it in SF last week... :).

Ladybaga, I am in awe of your new additions. Your scarf is stunning and lights up your beautiful face. I like it against the neutral coat. Love the earrings, too.

Sparkle, you tied these two ingeniously. Are they the same color?

Etoile, you are so classy and elegant.

Lanit, simply gorgeous!

Micheldietlein, the brick red in your scarf is fabulous.

Carrel over, what wonderful contributions. Love the traditional appeal of Alsace.

Btw, where is Pegase? Miss his photos.

Sophieg and Jahna, such endearing stories ans special scarves.

Debuting the giant Equateur.

Congratulations, my peko on your GM Equateur!
So wonderful to be enveloped in such a large amount of silk! :smile1:

I'm staying warm and cozy on this chilly morning, wearing my Ex-Libris GM Dip Dye, in Fuchsia/Rouge Orange.

I love all my scarves, but this is at the top of my list. There really isn't a romantic story that goes along with it, but it was one of my first purchases in my boutique. The color, the size, the pattern, and the sumptuous dip dye fabric, all drew me in. Once I spotted it, I waited patiently to purchase it...ready to tackle anyone who tried to claim it ahead of me! :D Unfortunately, this scarf is so hard to capture in photos. It is a lovely tone-on-tone pattern in warm shades of pink, orange, and red. But for those of you who know my love of neutrals, this is clearly the brightest scarf in my collection!

Wishing all of you a wonderful Valentine's Day!
