This is 6.5" and it fits me perfectly! However, the Tiffany pouches that I received before have better quality compared to the pouch that comes with the bracelet. Though, I do not think about it that much because I'll just use it for storage.

Either one is a great choice. I just got the blue enamel heart and like that it's got the RTT inscription on the other side so it can be worn either way. If your wrists are smaller than average, definitely go for 6.5". Mine fits perfect and I wear it 24/7
