Which ring?

So I tried again today and took some more pictures. So difficult to make a decision, I love the Serpenti and the Panthere both are stunning.
I’m now leaning towards getting a ring for middle finger instead of my pinky. Although I like the look of a pinky ring, 2 things concern me-
1/ fingers swelling with age, neither of these rings can be resized and at least I could potentially wear the middle finger ring on other fingers.
2/ Damage. The Cartier SA advised me against wearing the Panthere on the pinky as it will be more exposed to knocks and potential damage.
The downside of a middle finger ring however is that I cannot wear it with my VCA ring as they would scratch each other whereas this is not the case with a pinky ring.
To add to the difficulty, my middle finger is large (size 61) and there was no pave Panthere for me to try. I tried again on my pinky anyway but had to try the plain gold on my middle finger. The only available Serpenti was RG and I would want YG.
My husband and I are also celebrating an anniversary this year and I’m thinking to get a diamond band which I would like to stack with whichever ring I decide on. I tried a mock-up of this using my wedding band and it looked good (I think) with the Panthere but not sure if it works with the Serpenti.
I also tried on a couple of ring at Harry Winston but I’m not really sure about them.
Any advice or thoughts are welcome!

My vote is 100% for the serpenti for the pinky. The good thing is that each ring goes over 3 sizes and flexes just make sure it’s not too tight.

For me it’s a bit of a headache as M is too big but S potentially too small in the long run, but I have tried pre loved M and those were way looser than in store. So while they aren’t supposed to stretch I believe that they may give a little over time, but not a lot.

Otherwise the last pic with the 3 “petals” /leaf looks great also.

I like the scale and shape of the tubogas on your finger. I’m biased though as I have a Bulgari tubogas serpenti bracelet. :)
I prefer larger jewelry, and while I have a Bulgari serpenti viper ring, I wear only rarely. Have fun deciding. Love seeing all of your pics

ETA: while I like the panther, in some pave models, I find it hard to discern the design.

Oh my! I love love love the panthere on you! I have both the panthere and serpenti and I went with the panthere over the serpenti (I only got the serpenti way after - but if I had to choose between the two, hands down panthere). This is what I advise - panthere for middle/ index (you can see the head and eyes that way) and the serpenti Tubogas on your pinky. The pave serpenti gets lost in your fingers, and I think that may look best on your ring finger.

Thanks, I absolutely love the tubogas! My only reservation is that I’m looking for a more everyday ring and I feel that the tubogas might be a bit much for that. I already have the VCA perlee ring and I find that too much for everyday…

Thanks! Yes I love the panthere… I went back again this week and tried again. The boutique had a YG half pave which just about fitted on my middle finger (I would go up a couple of sizes if I purchase). I’ll attach photos below.
Interesting that you would chose your panthere over your Serpenti. Do you find the panthere is ‘too much’ for everyday wear or that it’s ok?

More try ons this week! I found a YG half pave panthere which fitted on my middle finger (although I would go up a size or two). I tried the Serpenti again in the correct size (but in RG) and also tried a Trinity ring and a Tiffany Schlumberger (only had a size to fit my ring finger).
I usually wear my bracelet stack of JUC, clash and VCA 5 motif and want a ring which is special but not too over the top for everyday. I would also like to stack whichever ring I get with a diamond band…

LOl! Did you try it twice already? TBH that was the same for me (I think I tried 4x and even back went to exchange then went back to keep the same one). I also wouldn’t go up too big, as the ring slides since it is smooth! I don’t think it’s too much, I don’t wear it everyday to preserve it but it’s def an edgy ring (I chose it over the serpenti cause the diamonds were bigger and it made it pop more - in contrast to the serpenti which had more metal, so I saw more gold and diamonds). I remember when I polled the two rings the panthere won by a slight number, but we def have both fans for the two rings - meaning you can’t go wrong with either!

The Trinity and schlumberger also look great on you!! Oh boy - decisions.
