Which pair do you like better as everyday earrings?

I like them both, but agree with most everyone else, you should go with the shared prong. The stones look much larger and looking at the closeup of the pave, it looks like the stones are pretty sparse and there's more beading going on than stonework. (Maybe it's just me though.)

Einseine thanks so much for the photos they help so much!!
Can you tell me roughly what is the diameter of the hoops? 0.3 meaning for both hoops or each 0.3?
by the way do you mind sharing where you got them from? tia

I am glad my photos helped.
It's 0.3 EACH. The diameter is 13mm. Quite tiny. They are all H&A diamonds (not EX, sorry). They are from Ginza Tanaka. I have checked with their website, but they do not have the same earrings any more. Instead, they have the diamond hoop earrings, each showcases 5 round diamonds in platinuam. 0.5 carats for both. Downsized...Y130,000.

einseine are you in Japan? So am I!
Your earrings are 0.3 each so it is bigger than the bluenile, which is 0.49 for both. And it has 7 diamonds for each hoop, which means each diamonds are much smaller than yours. I think they will be quite narrow coz the diamonds are smaller.....

I think the shared prong will be blingier than you think they will be despite the size. Blue Nile has a great return policy, though, so why not order both and see which you like better IRL?

ahertz Im am not in the US right now and international shipping is not cheap, so probably I will just choose one.

You guys all have sharper eyes than me, I didnt even notice about how sparce the paved are.....:p
Leaning toward the shared prong as you guys suggested, but still feel that they will be really narrow coz the diamonds are so small

Are you absolutely married to getting that pair from Bluenile? If you prefer the pave look, you can always get a different pair of hoops from another place. For example, this pair on Amazon has twice the number of stones. It's only 14K instead of 18k and the stone color and clarity isn't quite as good, but look at the price difference and the increased stone amount.

Or there's this pair from Ross-Simons:

Or there's this pair, also from Ross-Simons. It's only a little bit more in cost than the Blue-Nile pair, but look at how much more earring you get for the money this way:

Stophle thanks for the suggestions! I am dont have to get them from bluenile at all! Just that I dont know any other trusted brands, other than bluenile and overstock lol

You're welcome. :smile1: As far as I know, Ross-Simons is reputable. If it isn't, I'm sure the ladies on here will let us know.

I would definitely keep looking. For what you're getting, that BlueNile pave pair of earrings is outrageously priced.

I have quite similar one! but mine are smaller. I have attached the photo for your reference. It showcase 5 round diamonds (only 0.3 carats!) set in platinum. The diamonds are small, but all G/H EX cut. They blling!!!:smile1:
Lovely, einseine...together they look fabulous!
As Swanky said...prong setting!
