I actually have the second one and the matching bracelet to go with it. love it to death, it's just different and i get loads of compliments. So my vote is for the 2nd one.

I like the look of the second one better, but when I tried it on at the store, was amazed at how flimsy it was. It had a bit of a cheap feel to me, so I passed. So I think of the two, I'd probably go with the first one.
