Wow, that's a hard one! I'd buy the black in an instant if it came in the regular size. However, I bought the satchel in black with the whiplash handle & its become a favorite. I do like the easy access of the non satchel version however, I liks the ease of wearing the satchel crossbody. Good luck deciding!

I prefer the second one, the shape the color etc.. to me the tall design of the first would be a black hole, my things forever wandering down at the bottom but really it is about what one prefers for shapes of bags, GL deciding!
